Gaby Kozàr is on the board of ENCOD, the EEuropean Coalition for Drug Policy. ENCOD is committed to an accepting drug policy and harm reduction not only in Europe.From the very beginning, ENCOD has celebrated CSCs and in 2022 also published the new guidelines based on Spanish law.

The German Cannabis Social Clubs Act (KCanG) is not perfect, but CSCs are never the problem, but always the solution – due to a lack of alternatives.

In Austria, ENCOD is active in citizens' initiatives and is represented every year at the CND at the UNODC.
