In the Cultiva garden area you will find live performances and gastronomic delicacies as well as a chill-out area. Of course, the perfect chill-out also includes the right musical accompaniment. Below you will find the line up of the three days of the fair and the traditional Cultiva POOL PARTY in the wellness area of the event hotel, which takes place on Saturday directly after the fair.

Petaw Band (Afro Live)
Petaw Band is combining traditional and modern Westafrican music with stirring Afrocuban rhythms and makes their listeners gape and dance. They understand their music as a medium for messages, cultural heritage and sense of life, whereby most of the songs are own compositions in Wolof.
Alai K - Disco Vumbi
Disco Vumbi is a mix of electronic music and live instruments, created and produced by Alai K, which features Mijikenda rhythms, Chakacha and Benga music. It is inspired by Kenyan music from the 1950s to 1990s. The name Disco Vumbi refers to a saying from the 1970s when people would go out to a dance in the streets and came home covered in dust (vumbi).

He’s the organisator of the „Bass Klinik“ in Graz. To him music is creating peace and uniting nations and has accompanied him his whole life in all varieties.
Adam Bassrunner aka Selector Loopus leaves an imprint on the Reggae-Dancehall happenings in Austria for more than 15 years now. Besides his bread-and-butter job he is running the label BASSRUNNER MUSIC that brings fresh productions into the marked every 6 months.
Since 2013 he is writing for the German music magazine RIDDIM and informs about the newest trends in Reggae and Dancehall every first Thursday in a month within the frames of Tribe Vibes.
REKALL backed by BASSRUNNER SOUND
In January Rekall was the support of the mostly sold out Mono & Nikitaman tour. Now the videos for this new EP are finished and the actual show is rehearsed.
After „From Vienna to the World“ and the „Vibes Ambassador“ EP from last year he comes with his until now most personal release „Beats of Life“. Rekall knows how to persuade live and showcases a performance full of message, entertainment and – above all – vibes!
Chris Beer continues to walk his unique musical path with the intoxicating, soul-infused music. In his personal blend of reggae, soul, ballad and rock, Ziggy Marley meets Jonathan Richman with a salutary nod to John Cage.
He has devoted himself to music, initially as Jimmy D., a band member of the Lower Austrian band Rising Girl, then as the solo-artist Jimi D. He describes his music as a colorful mix of of -beat styles combined with folk and soulful rock. “Should I, as as a Styrian, only sing Styrian folk, as an American only Country? Music is a form of communication available to us all.”

Scheibosan & Shanti Roots (AUT)
Scheibosan is calling himself a „ManyMusicStylesLover“ and is spinning funky and electro house and groove all over the world since the 80s . He is also producing with Shanti Roots & other artists and he always tries to find the right sound for the location & the people & the mood of the event.
Shanti Roots is producing his own music since the early 90s and has a lot of remixes on several labels and tracks on many compilations. His actual productions are strongly influenced by techhouse and minimal.

Phil Locker has played at almost every austrian festival so far. His style can be characterized as a progressive, soulful, melodic and harmonic mix, with harder bass kicks, and groovy beats.
Stoney the Flute
Stoney the Flute was accompaning various DJs in the clubs with his unique jazzflute-improvisations. This is where his musical journey throug many clubs and festivals in Europe as far afield as to Africa started. At this time he is accompaning the Superfly Radio Orchestra and has become a DJ too – with the speciality that he is accompanying his own DJ-sets with the jazz flute.

John Megill is wellknown as the morning voice of the FM4 studio where he is hosting the „Morningshow“ through the weg and „Sunny Side Up“ on Sunday. When he’s not currently busy with anchoring, producing jingles or presenting news to listeners he is dedicating himself to his own music.
Without big promotion he is touring through Austria with his band for some years already and it won’t take too long anymore before he is presenting his first album.
Karim Thiam feat. Baba Konnte
Karim was born in Kaolack, the original center of culture in Senegal, where he started making music at the age of five. After 12 years of touring the world with Andrée Hellers Afrika Afrika Show he is back in Austria to comit himself to his intercultural projcet „Voice of Afrika“. He is broaching social and economical subjects like child education and sustainability in his music.
His aim is to present the economic and human situation of the African population. With his different styles of music like Mbalax, Ethno, African Pop, Folk, World & African Groove he is making people dance and lough and gives them new sense of life.
This is lived cultural integration without boundaries.
