What are the criteria to get on the best list? 

1. the joint must be smokable and must not have any holes.

2. the filter must pass the shake test, which means that the filter must not fall out when shaken.

3. the joint must be closed at the top, i.e. twisted shut at the top.

4. the jonit must weigh at least one gram (1.0).

5. it should have a joint typical shape, so you should recognize that it is a joint.
